One of our clients, a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company, is looking to hire for a Transformation Change Manager in Bengaluru /Gurgaon with a minimum experience of 10 years for a permanent position at the Manager level. The ideal candidate should possess strategic change management skills, organizational transformation expertise, organization development knowledge, operating model design capabilities, change strategy development proficiency, leadership alignment experience, as well as people and process change skills. As a Transformation Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs. You will play a crucial role in developing creative strategies, methodologies, and tools during implementation.
