Process Analyst

- Experience: 5+ years in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complexprocesses and identify improvement opportunities.- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at alllevels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process changes.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability topresent complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meetdeadlines.

- Proficiency in process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and
process simulation tools.- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath, AutomationAnywhere).- Experience working in Agile environments.- Programming skills in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries(Pandas, NumPy).- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integration and processing.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end process analysis and improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma
principles.- Utilize process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies and areas foroptimization.- Develop and run process simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making.- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and alignprocess improvements with business needs.- Create detailed process maps, documentation, and reports to communicate findingsand recommendations effectively.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistentcommunication and collaboration.- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement andknowledge sharing.
