Eurofins is seeking individuals with Genomics experience to join their team and take on the following responsibilities specifically for the Tamil Nadu & Kerala regions: - Achieve sales targets in genomics for the designated territories. - Utilize experience in Genomics business, particularly in areas such as Next Generation Sequencing, Oligo and Probes, and sequencing. - Develop and oversee efficient distribution networks for sales operations. - Formulate effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the assigned territory. - Gather customer and market feedback, and communicate insights to the organization. - Analyze sales data, conduct periodic forecasting, and report to zonal heads. - Engage in frequent travel to potential and existing customers within the sales area, with an estimated 80% travel commitment per month. - Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to drive sales closures. - Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Qualifications: - Education: Masters in Life Science / Bachelor in Life Science with an MBA - Experience: 2-7 years in relevant field This position is full-time, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.,

Job Summary: The IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, managing, and supporting the Netcool/OMNIbus platform to ensure real-time fault management and event correlation across IT infrastructure. This role helps maintain high availability and performance of monitoring systems and supports incident response and root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and administer IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus and related components Develop and maintain ObjectServer, probes, gateways, and automation rules Configure event correlation and deduplication policies for efficient event handling Integrate Netcool with other ITSM and monitoring tools such as Remedy, Moogsoft, or Splunk Monitor the health and performance of the Netcool infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to event processing and integration Maintain and update Netcool configurations and system documentation Support patching, upgrades, and version control of the monitoring environment Collaborate with network, application, and support teams to align alerting with business needs Ensure compliance with security and change management policies Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in IBM Netcool/OMNIbus administration Strong knowledge of Netcool components: ObjectServer, Web GUI, Probes, Gateways, Impact Experience with creating rules files, trigger scripts, and filters Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting Good understanding of network and infrastructure monitoring concepts Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: IBM Certified Deployment Professional Netcool/OMNIbus or related certification Experience with ITIL-based operations and integrating with ITSM tools Familiarity with Tivoli Network Manager (ITNM) or Netcool Impact policies Experience with SNMP, Syslog, and log file parsing Exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure monitoring
