HR Executive for Ground Mount Solar Project in Andhra Pradesh 1. Employee Grievance Handling- Transfer and Exit formalities. Probations confirmation assessment 2. Labour Resource Management- All categories of Labour mobilization as per project requirements. 3. Labour Colony Monitoring & Maintenance. Labour Welfare and Grievance redressal Site Report Form to be sent to R.O. on the same day &Facilitate Accommodation & Food to reported employee at site. 4. Manpower Planning- Coordination with RO recruitment team and HR SPOC for Manpower deployment plan.Induction, Joining formalities and submit joining documents to HO. 5. Statutory Compliances- Maintenance of records and Registers as per CLRA codes 6. Industrial Relation- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employee & management. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulation. Handling all employee grievances, disputes & complaints. Conducting investigation into employee misconduct or violation of company policies 7.Administration - Maintain Employee Mess. Managing resources, Controlling & Budgeting. Providing all administrative support to ensure healthy environment at work place. 8. Administration- Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department. 9. Verify Each employee QR code punch in RAW data and share in the Whatsapp Group & Apply 10. Leaves in the E Bills, prior to employee going on leave & if any Technical Errors found while QR Code scan, mail to RO with screenshot or screen record. 11. As per the MIS format, the MIS report should send to RO by 1st of every month.
