About this role: The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and custom Lightning components. You will own the full QA lifecycle from requirement analysis to test design, execution, and automation. This role demands deep hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, particularly within Salesforce implementations spanning multiple geographies, languages, and custom integrations. You will work in close collaboration with developers, analysts, and release managers to validate functionality, performance, and security before each deployment. Additional details: Design, create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce modules (LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, etc.) Lead functional , regression , integration , smoke , white-box , black-box , and UAT testing across iterative releases. Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with BDD and integrate with CI/CD tools like Copado or Jenkins Perform data migration and validation using Salesforce tools like Data Loader Validate complex business workflows and automation across multilingual, multi-country Salesforce deployments. Ensure consistent testing of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs , AppExchange components , and CMS/Translation features. Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter. Drive test strategy for new modules and enhancements, including risk-based testing, edge case evaluation, and negative testing. Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, define quality gates, and resolve defects. Track and manage issues using JIRA/TFS and support post-release QA activities. Conduct security, performance, and vulnerability testing. Define and analyze metrics like test coverage, defect density, and QA velocity for continuous improvement. Contribute to knowledge sharing, test documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years testing Salesforce Lightning components (LWC & Aura) Hands-on experience in Salesforce test automation using Selenium , BDD , and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud , PRM , and Salesforce object model and configurations Experience writing test cases for complex user flows, validation rules, approval processes, and triggers. Familiarity with API testing , security testing , and integration test strategies Experience with tools like Copado CRT , Postman , Jenkins , Git , JMeter , and Data Loader Proven ability to work across Agile teams and deliver in a fast-paced development environment. Experience testing Salesforce CMS, multilingual translations, and 3rd-party AppExchange solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have: Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience working with Flosum. Certifications: Platform Admin (mandatory) CSTE (mandatory) CSQA (desired) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Where permitted by applicable law, employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by their date of hire/placement to be considered for employment.
