Principal Engineer Integration CPI

Key Responsibilities:

• Design architect and implement robust scalable and secure cloud integration solutions on SAP CPI Cloud Platform Integration and other cloud based platforms
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other developers providing guidance and expertise in SAP CPI and integration best practices
• Oversee multiple integration projects including planning scoping and resource management ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance standards
• Work closely with stakeholders business analysts and other developers to understand requirements design integration solutions and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure high code quality and consistency through code reviews testing and adherence to best practices and standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in integration processes frameworks and tools to increase efficiency and quality
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions technical specifications and architecture guidelines
• Ensure all integration solutions meet security privacy and compliance standards

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in cloud integration
• Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI and related SAP technologies
• In depth knowledge of SAP CPI API Management and SAP Business Technology Platform BTP
• Proficient in various integration patterns such as SOAP REST APIs OData and message queues
• Strong experience with JSON XML XSLT and data transformation
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and mentor other developers and work cross functionally
• Strong experience in implementing On Premise Cloud and or Hybrid integrations
• Understanding of microservices architecture design and implementation
• Strong experience with agile projects DevOps and CI CD
