Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and meet curriculum standards.
· Create engaging classroom activities that enhance students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi.
· Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
· Foster an environment of respect, discipline, and active learning in the classroom.
· Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school events.
· Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
· B.Ed. or teaching certification is preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in schools.
· Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
· Proficiency in Hindi and English.
