Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare lesson plans and assessments. Track student progress and provide feedback. Communicate with parents and school administration. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed. preferred or required depending on school policy). Subject-specific qualifications for high school teachers. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
