Presentation Specialist

The ideal candidate should have at least 1.5-2 years of experience as a Trainer. As a Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to review Business training presentations and ensure the necessary APC and Legal Approval. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining training content and providing training support during key events. To excel in this role, you must possess a Graduate degree. You will play a crucial role in assisting regional teams in conducting Business Trainings at the national/regional level. Collaborating with regional teams and leaders, you will conduct Training needs analysis and provide relevant content accordingly. Furthermore, you will work across departments to ensure the seamless execution of key national/regional events involving training sessions. You will be in charge of implementing training-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining all training-related Management Information Systems (MIS), content, and videos. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to create training aids such as presentations and infographics in a timely manner. An ideal candidate for this position would have a background in Sales or Sales Training, with a good understanding of the sales process. Candidates with experience in Direct selling, Insurance, or BFSI sectors are preferred. Proficiency in MS-Office applications is a necessary skill for this role. Additionally, the ability to leverage technology for online learning using a learning management system would be an added advantage.,
