We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching preschoolers, classroom management, and implementing our curriculum to ensure holistic student development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver teaching programs as per lesson plans & curriculum. Manage classroom resources and students effectively. Use innovative techniques to achieve student learning objectives. Design and facilitate activities that intellectually challenge and engage students. Develop and use various tools to assess student learning outcomes. Plan, set, and evaluate student progress and development. Student Supervision & Development: Supervise student conduct during class, playtime, and breaks. Provide a nurturing and safe environment at all times. Parent Communication: Keep parents updated on their childs progress. Address issues or concerns with parents promptly. Inform parents about after-school activities, excursions, and meetings. Encourage parent participation in meetings and school events. Maintain up-to-date parent feedback. Collaboration with Management: Participate actively in staff meetings, educational conferences, and school programs. Volunteer for organizing special events and activities. Foster healthy relationships with peers and non-teaching staff. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Required Candidate Profile Education: Graduate degree in any discipline Diploma/Certificate in ECCE/NTT/Montessori or similar early childhood education qualification Experience: 02 years (Freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome!)
