Hiring for Travel Support Voice Process Location: Gurugram Experience: Minimum 6 months in travel customer service or sales Job Description: Join our travel support team and assist customers with their travel-related queries, bookings, and concerns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the travel domain. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding travel bookings and inquiries Provide accurate information on itineraries, cancellations, rescheduling, and general travel queries Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in travel customer support or travel sales. Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi. Ability to manage customer interactions with empathy and clarity. Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs (including night shifts for male candidates) Female candidates will work only in day shifts. Travel allowance will be provided for male candidates working night shifts.
