Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing current account customers to increase retention rates and cross-sell opportunities. Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base. Develop sales strategies to meet targets set by the organization's growth plans. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, risk management, and compliance to resolve customer issues efficiently. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably from a bank). Strong understanding of CASA sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
