Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, risk management, and compliance to resolve customer issues efficiently. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably from a bank). Strong understanding of CASA sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
