This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive at Casafy Realty. As a Pre Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and provide pre-sales support to potential customers in Pune. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Your key responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads for the Pune real estate market through calls, emails, and digital platforms to ensure a consistent flow of prospects. It will be essential for you to understand client needs specific to the Pune market and provide tailored real estate solutions. You will be expected to provide accurate information to clients about Pune-based properties, project features, pricing, and any ongoing offers. Furthermore, you will coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients, working closely with on-ground sales teams in Hyderabad. Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client data and tracking progress from initial contact to deal closure will also be part of your duties. Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and required documentation for potential buyers in the Hyderabad region will be crucial. Building strong relationships with prospective clients to nurture long-term engagement for future opportunities will be another key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will assist in identifying market trends and customer needs in the Hyderabad real estate sector.
