Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the field sales team.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.].
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
