As a Pre-Primary Teacher at Hanumant High School (CBSE), Mahuva, you will play a crucial role in creating a joyful, engaging, and nurturing environment for our early learners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines and the school's curriculum. Utilizing your strong foundation in early childhood education, creative mindset, and ability to implement CBSE-aligned activities, you will support the holistic development of our students. Your key responsibilities will include fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of students through engaging activities, play-based learning, and interactive teaching methods. Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment is essential, where you will use storytelling, songs, art, play, and hands-on activities to teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, colors, and shapes. Maintaining regular communication with parents, observing and assessing student development, and preparing teaching aids and materials to enhance the learning environment are integral parts of your role. Additionally, you will support in organizing school events, celebrations, and assemblies, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Collaboration with other teachers and school staff is key for the smooth functioning of the academic year. To qualify for this position, you must hold a minimum qualification of D.Ed./ECCEd/NTT or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. A Bachelor's degree in any stream is required, along with at least 3 years of prior experience in a CBSE/recognized preschool or kindergarten setting. Proficiency in English and Hindi/Gujarati (as applicable), strong classroom management, and communication skills are essential.
