Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PPC (BOM Incharge) to manage and control the Bill of Materials (BOM) process. The ideal candidate will coordinate material planning, ensure timely material availability, assist production teams, and maintain accurate production reports. Strong system skills and coordination with cross-functional teams are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and follow up on all BOM-related materials in coordination with the purchase and stores departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per the production plan.
• Monitor and maintain a smooth flow of materials to the production floor to avoid downtime or delays.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to support daily manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain and update BOM records in a structured data format for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist the production in-charge by providing necessary BOM-related updates and material status.
• Track shortages, excesses, and any material discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and production with regard to BOM accuracy.
• Involve in preparing and maintaining daily production reports and material tracking.
• Should be proficient in using computer systems (Excel, ERP, etc.) to handle data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Experience in handling BOM for sheet metal and fabricated products.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software (experience with Tally ERP/other ERP is an added advantage).
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
