What you&aposll do: Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager, Ad sales to support the rapid onboarding of brands to Product Listing Ads (PLA) on Noon Minutes in the KSA market. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless activation experience for partners, driving adoption and scale of PLA. Engage with new and existing brands in KSA to guide them through the PLA onboarding process Assist brands in setting up auto and manual PLA campaigns and explain ad formats and best practices Coordinate with internal Ads and Commercial teams to resolve brand queries and ensure smooth go-live Monitor early campaign performance and flag low activity or drop-offs for action Deliver simple training or Q&A sessions for brands to drive self-serve usage Maintain a strong pipeline of onboarded and in-progress brands Track and report onboarding progress to internal stakeholders weekly What youll need : Fluent in English (spoken and written) High on ownership 12+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, PPC ads Prior experience in e-commerce, quick commerce [mandatory] Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple brand conversations Comfortable using tools like Excel/Sheets and dashboards for tracking Who will excel Were looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Shopping, and E-Commerce marketplaces. You will be required to strategize and oversee performance growth to ensure alignment with clients" business goals. Daily tasks include managing budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend-pacing to meet return targets, as well as mapping ad formats to advertising objectives for optimal performance. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in search engine marketing and paid media. Hands-on experience with Google and Meta platforms is a must, and sales campaign experience would be an added advantage. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required, along with the ability to understand the target audience.
