Design & Production Engineer Crushing & Related Equipment What Youll Do Turn ideas into SolidWorks / Inventor models, drawings, and BOMs. Walk to the shop floor, check fit-ups, and help welders and machinists hit spec. Own BOM, document control, and basic incoming-parts inspection. Talk with suppliers about manufacturability and quick fixes. What Makes You a Fit Degree: B.E./B.Tech.or M. Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years with crushers, screens, bulk-handling, mining, cement, or similar heavy-fabrication equipment. Comfortable using GD&T, calipers, micrometers; bonus if youve touched a CMM. Enjoy switching between CAD desk and shop floorand can travel occasionally. Working familiarity with welding processes (MIG, FCAW) and common steel grades. Hands-on problem solver ERP/MRP savvy enough to keep BOMs, routings, and ECNs in sync. Clear communicator with suppliers, production crews, and fellow designers. Safety- and quality-minded; comfortable working under ISO 9001 procedures

Role Overview Seeking experienced field sales professional for territory development across three western states for crushing and heavy equipments. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively and spend significant time in field to build market presence and develop business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified prospects through extensive field visits and relationship building Conduct product demonstrations and market solutions through various on-field sales approaches Build strategic relationships with prospects across assigned territories Collect customer contact information and follow up with interested prospects Achieve strong conversion rates through effective prospecting What We Need Must Have: 2-7 years field sales experience with proven results Must be willing to travel for work purposes (90% field time) Fluent in English + regional languages Graduate preferred, 10+2 can apply Preferred Advantage: Experience in crushing/mining equipment, heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial equipment sales will be highly valued Success Profile: Proven track record of creating pool of potential customers across domains Comfortable with extensive travel and field work Self-motivated with minimal supervision Target-oriented with consistent achievement record
