Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PowerCurve Developer with hands-on experience in Experians PowerCurve platform to support the development, implementation, and optimization of decisioning strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PowerCurve modules such as Strategy Management, Originations, or Collections, along with proficiency in data integration and decisioning logic. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure decision strategies within PowerCurve Strategy Management / Originations / Collections platforms. Translate business requirements into decisioning workflows and implement scoring logic, champion-challenger strategies, and policy rules. Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to define and test decision logic. Develop, test, and deploy PowerCurve components ensuring accuracy and performance. Integrate PowerCurve with upstream/downstream systems via APIs, batch interfaces, and databases. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with defect resolution. Provide production support and troubleshoot any issues related to decision execution. Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in PowerCurve (Strategy Management / Originations / Collections). Strong hands-on experience with PowerCurve Design Studio and Strategy Design tools. Good understanding of decision trees, scorecards, champion-challenger, and segmentation logic. Familiarity with Experian’s decision engine architecture and integration patterns. Experience working with XML, JSON, and APIs for system integration. Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
