Dynamics 365 Developer ll Exp - Min 4+ years l Location: Sola, Ahmedabad Work Mode: Onsite Only Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, architecture, and deployment of a new Dynamics 365 Sales instance , tailored for the client's businesses. Gather and refine business requirements from stakeholders across departments, ensuring the CRM system reflects real operational needs. Design and develop custom components, including plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows, that are bespoke to the client's business model. Implement integrations with third-party systems, including SharePoint, Power BI, and internal operational platforms. Define and optimize sales processes within Dynamics 365, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience. Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 best practices, including data migration, environment management, and performance tuning. Document all technical solutions and provide handover support for internal IT teams. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, with a focus on system implementation and custom development. Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and using the Dynamics 365 SDK for plugin and workflow development. Strong expertise in Power Platform tools Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. Proven experience designing custom CRM solutions for complex or multi-entity organizations. Familiar with Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Logic Apps). Solid experience in data migration, security roles, and environment setup from scratch. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of visual performance dashboards for Corporate Services and Finance functions to monitor key service delivery metrics. Manage data visualization tools and platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and Smartsheet, ensuring effective reporting and data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across various reporting systems. Oversee technical project execution to meet business needs effectively. Manage, monitor and govern automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Oversee the design and implementation of automation solutions to enhance process efficiency and support improvement initiatives. Leverage automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, Tableau, and SharePoint to streamline workflows and optimize business processes. Oversee data collection, aggregation, and analysis from various systems and data warehouses. (Cvent, Concur, SAP, etc.) Lead the development of reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and business operations. Address ad-hoc data analytics requests to support functional leaders. Manage AI automation and maintenance for intake and AI self-service platforms/tools such as ServiceNow.. Role & responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance new data sources and tables, contributing to data engineering efforts to ensure comprehensive and efficient data architecture. Serves as the liaison between Data Engineer team and the Airport operation teams, developing new data sources and overseeing enhancements to existing database; being one of the main contact points for data requests, metadata, and statistical analysis Migrates all existing Hive Metastore tables to Unity Catalog, addressing access issues and ensuring smooth transition of jobs and tables. Collaborate with IT teams to validate package (gold level data) table outputs during the production deployment of developed notebooks Develop and implement data quality alerting systems and Tableau alerting mechanisms for dashboards, setting up notifications for various thresholds. Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to provide insights into airport performance, helping guide stations to optimize operations and improve performance.
