Manage vital signs, wound care, fluid balance, and pain management. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and ICU teams for coordinated care. Respond to emergencies. Ensure infection control and post-op safety protocols are followed. Educate patients and attendants on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
