Role Overview: Were seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment of our Transport Management System for enterprise clients. You will act as the bridge between our product, tech, and client teams, ensuring smooth, timely, and value-driven implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead client onboarding and implementation of the TMS platform, from project kickoff to go-live Understand client transport operations deeply to design the best-fit TMS workflows and configurations Collaborate with Product, and Customer Success teams to manage integration, customization, and data migration Own project timelines, risk management, and post-implementation support plans Train client stakeholders through documentation, walkthroughs, and hands-on sessions Define and monitor implementation KPIs (adoption rate, go-live TAT, SLA adherence) Document feedback, Create Case Studies to improve implementation playbooks and product roadmap Act as the voice of the customer during implementation, ensuring strong alignment between solution delivery and client goals Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in logistics, TMS, ERP, or supply chain tech Good to have understanding of fleet/transportation workflows (routing, dispatch, POD, billing, GPS integration, etc.) Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and handling technical and operational stakeholders Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Offerings: A dynamic and challenging work environment with significant growth opportunities.
