As a Service Center Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, addressing and resolving their concerns in a courteous manner. Additionally, you will perform initial-level examination and diagnosis of customer complaints, accurately enter job details into POS, and prepare job sheets. Handling customer complaints professionally and ensuring timely resolution will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring proper stock levels, and coordinating product transfers from the Head Office to brand outlets. Supporting the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in maintaining and updating the customer database will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or service center environment. A basic technical understanding of products and service processes is an added advantage. Proficiency in using POS software and MS Office applications is necessary. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this position. The educational qualification required is a minimum of Higher Secondary, with a Diploma or Graduation being preferred. Only male candidates are preferred for this position. This is a full-time job that requires fluency in English and Hindi. The work location is in person, at the service center.,
