Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on SAP EPPM (SAP PPM, SAP CPM, and SAP PS). Extensive knowledge of portfolio structure configurations , financial planning , capacity planning , and decision flow management within SAP PPM and SAP PS . Strong understanding of SAP EPPM modules like SAP Innovation Management and SAP EPC (a plus). Proven experience in integration of SAP modules, particularly with SAP PS and other related modules . Experience in solution design , documentation , and blueprinting for SAP EPPM projects. Consulting & Communication Skills: Strong consulting expertise in SAP, with the ability to guide clients through business process design and implementation . Proficiency in creating functional specifications and configuration documentation . Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Business fluency in English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to troubleshoot SAP EPPM related issues and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA , SAP EPPM , SAP PPM , or SAP PS . Experience with other SAP EPPM components like SAP Innovation Management or SAP EPC . Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project implementation and management. Previous experience in global projects or large-scale SAP implementations .
