Roles & Responsibilities Manage and drive collections for LAP and AHL portfolio across the assigned region Lead a team of on-ground collection officers and agencies to achieve recovery targets Analyze delinquency trends and implement corrective strategies Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and fair collection practices Coordinate closely with the sales and credit teams to ensure portfolio quality Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate with 2-6years of experience. Strong knowledge of BFSI industry practices .
