Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial recrds for the shipping pool.

Cmpile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure all financial reprts are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Reconciliation:

Perfrm regular reconciliations of pool accounts, including revenues, expenses, and distributions.

Identify discrepancies and reslve any accounting issues.

Analysis:

Analyze financial data related t pool performance and provide insights to management.

Supprt decision-making with financial analysis and reports.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure cmpliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Cordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Collaboration:

Wrk closely with operations and chartering teams to ensure accurate recording of pool activities.

Liaise with external partners and pol participants to manage financial transactions.

Process Improvement:

Identify pportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and accounting.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in Navision accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
