Qualification: MBA - HR Experience: 3-5 years Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Develop and manage recruitment processes for faculty and non-teaching staff. Coordinate with academic departments to understand manpower requirements. Organize job advertisements, screening, interviews, and selection. Ensure adherence to university policies and government regulations (e.g., reservation policies, UGC norms). 2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires. Familiarize staff with university policies, culture, and job responsibilities. 3. Policy Development & Compliance Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with university goals and regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with labor laws, university regulations, and accreditation standards. 4. Performance Management Develop performance appraisal systems for academic and non-academic staff. Monitor employee performance and support professional development. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs through consultation with department heads. Organize faculty development programs, administrative workshops, and skill enhancement sessions. 6. Employee Relations Act as a bridge between administration and employees. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 7. Payroll & Benefits Administration Oversee salary processing, deductions, and statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESI). Manage leave records, insurance schemes, and retirement benefits. 8. Records & Documentation Maintain accurate records of employees, contracts, promotions, leaves, etc. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 9. HR Planning & Budgeting Contribute to annual HR budget planning. Plan future workforce needs aligned with the university's growth and expansion. 10.
