Role Title - Account Manager Designation - Manager Reporting : - Business Head - Compounded Polymer Department - Compounded Polymer Location - Pune KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (automotive, electrical, packaging, consumer goods, construction, etc.) Promote the companys range of compounded polymer products including masterbatches, filled compounds, reinforced materials, and specialty blends. Meet or exceed sales targets, gross margin goals, and growth KPIs. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. B.Tech / B.Sc in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, other relevant field or MBA in Marketing In-depth knowledge of thermoplastics (PP, PE, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.) and additives (fillers, flame retardants, UV stabilizers, etc.) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently and handle regional/national accounts. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
