Proven experience in HR management and community outreach roles, a strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and social media platforms, as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this position.,
