Following are the expectations from the candidate: Need to have good relations with leading AIDs who handle Commercial Interiors ( Like Space Matrix, DSP, M.Moser, DWP, Edifice, ANJ, ANA etc) in Mumbai Need to have worked with leading PMCs like JLL, CBRE, C & W, Savills, Knight Frank, Colliers etc Should have experience of working with / having good relationship with Corporate Real estate ( CREs/ Project ) Teams of leading IT/ITES , BFSI, Corporates, Co-working spaces etc . Also need to know the Procurement teams of these companies. (Customers like TCS, Google, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citi Bank, L & T etc .
