PMC Supply Chain Manager

You are an experienced and highly adaptive PMC Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating international supply chain operations in India. Your expertise in international logistics, overseas supplier management, inventory planning, and risk control is essential for collaborating effectively with China-based production, procurement, and management teams. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role, which plays a critical part in supporting global procurement, optimizing supply chain flows, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities include managing international logistics and transportation, selecting and optimizing modes of transportation for global shipments, coordinating customs clearance, import/export documentation, and resolving disruptions such as delays or cargo damage. You will also develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers, manage international purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and enhance global procurement efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory control, compliance with international trade regulations, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven optimization, and continuous supply chain improvement to support business goals. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas supply chain management or international logistics roles. A deep understanding of supply chain management principles and tools, including planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization, is necessary. Your ability to adjust plans based on market trends, data analysis, and business strategies will be crucial. Previous experience in injection molding or CNC machining supply chains will be an advantage. Your strategic capability will be tested as you formulate long-term and short-term global supply plans aligned with the business strategy, demonstrating strong market insight and agility in adjusting to external changes.
