Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL development and support. Strong experience writing, debugging, and optimizing complex PL/SQL code. Experience with Oracle Database (10g/11g/12c/19c). Familiarity with database tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, or equivalent. Understanding of Unix/Linux commands and basic shell scripting. Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a shift-based or on-call support model.
