The Senior Data Scientist role in the S&C Global Network - AI - Hi Tech focuses on driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a skilled and experienced professional, you will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing AI models and GenAI applications in industries such as semiconductors, enterprise technology, consumer technology, and medical technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy models into production environments. Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design and delivery of client projects, focusing on areas such as marketing & consumer analytics, predictive asset maintenance, production optimization, supply chain, sales & channel partner program analytics, and connected products. Your role will involve creating industry-leading points-of-view in client domains to position the organization as a value partner. You will design and implement GenAI based solutions through contextual prompt engineering and prompt tuning, supporting solution architects on the design of GenAI-powered solutions/assets. Utilizing your expertise in PLM/ERP/CRM/Contact Center systems, you will integrate data sources and ensure seamless operation of AI solutions. Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in NLP and Computer Vision techniques, is essential for developing machine learning models. You will architect functional solutions, provide technical guidance to enhance the performance and scalability of AI systems, and leverage cloud platforms such as Azure/GCP and AWS. The ideal candidate for this role should possess relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proven track record of developing AI models in various areas, proficiency in Python programming with NLP and Computer Vision experience, exposure to PLM/ERP/CRM systems, and familiarity with cloud platforms are key qualifications for this position. Knowledge of LLM exposure and experience with tools like ChatGPT, Llama 2, Claude 2, Hugging Face, etc., for prompt engineering and tuning will be advantageous.
