You will supervise and control the tasks of installation engineers, monitor new installations and modernizations, and lead the installation and subcontractor team. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers, imparting training, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering along with at least 8 years of experience in the elevator industry. You should possess excellent project management and people skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and proficiency in English, advanced knowledge of Hindi, and basic knowledge of a regional language are preferred.
