We are currently looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager and Solution Architect who can spearhead the design, delivery, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industry 4.0 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of ISA-95 standards, Pharma 4.0 principles, and industrial control systems. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with profound technical knowledge, operational acumen, and leadership skills to propel digital transformation in regulated manufacturing environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end delivery of MES and Industry 4.0 projects for global pharmaceutical and industrial clients. - Architect scalable, compliant, and future-ready MES solutions adhering to ISA-95 and GAMP standards. - Define and execute Pharma 4.0 strategies by integrating IT/OT systems, automation layers, and cloud platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. - Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Drive continuous improvement through performance assessment using operational KPIs. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards. **Primary Skills (Must-Have):** - Profound knowledge of ISA-95 architecture and its application in MES and industrial automation. - Proven experience in MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, and Apriso. - Strong understanding of Pharma 4.0 frameworks and digital maturity models. - Expertise in industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA integration, and equipment connectivity. - Experience in performance management, OEE, and real-time production monitoring. **Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):** - Exposure to cloud-based MES, IoT platforms, and edge computing. - Knowledge of data lakes, data historians, and analytics platforms. - Experience with AI/ML for predictive maintenance and quality analytics. - Understanding of IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, and network architecture. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields. - 12-18 years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing. - Certifications in ISA, GAMP, PMP, or ITIL are advantageous. **Soft Skills:** - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and operational excellence. - Ability to manage complex, multi-site, and multi-vendor project environments. As an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer working on Water Treatment Plant Projects across various sites in India, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Cable Laying, Termination, Control Panels (VFD, Soft Starters, Star-Delta, DOL, etc.), Cable Trays, Earthing Systems, Lighting (Indoor, Outdoor, Street Lighting), Two Pole Structures, and Electrical Distribution Setup. Your primary duties will include overseeing the installation and commissioning of pumping machinery to ensure seamless integration with control and protection systems. You will supervise instrumentation works, including sensor installation, control cable terminations, and PLC/SCADA integration. Testing and commissioning of all electrical systems, such as insulation resistance, high-voltage testing, relay configuration, and protection settings, will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring and calibrating SCADA, PLC systems, protection relays, and instrumentation devices. Collaboration with design, procurement, and QA/QC teams is essential to ensure alignment with specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Proper documentation, including method statements, inspection checklists, test reports, and as-built drawings, must be maintained throughout the project. You will also need to coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and statutory authorities for inspections and approvals, while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all project phases. Troubleshooting technical issues related to electrical and control systems will be part of your regular responsibilities.
