Participate in the planning, design development, test and troubleshoot of PLC Programs.
Support integration of sensors, servo drives, vision systems, and robotics with PLCs.
Document software architecture, I/O lists, control logic, and safety interlocks.
Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
Read, interpret, and generate electrical and control schematics.
Collaborate with hardware design teams to integrate control systems with mechanical/electrical
subsystems.
Perform system integration, commissioning, and support at customer sites. Troubleshoot system
faults, optimize logic for performance and cycle-time improvements.
Analyze existing automation systems for efficiency and reliability improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
Prepare and review technical documentation (URS, FDS, FAT/SAT protocols).
Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 13849).

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in PLCs: Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, Allen Bradley
etc.
HMI/SCADA development: WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.
Motion control, VFDs, PID tuning.
Network protocols: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, Profibus.
Electrical panel design and safety interlocks.
Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large automation projects.
Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams and international environments is a plus.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 standards, IIoT integration, and digital twins.
Willingness to travel for commissioning and support (domestic/international).
