We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC control .Servo systems and PLC Programming Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing programming of industrial automation systems, Simens ,Fanuc , Mitsubishi and programming PLCs . Roles & Responsibilities: Perform design and drawing progarmming of CNC /PLC on automation and control systems. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems Modify and update PLC logic as per operational requirements. Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve control system issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance and programming activities. Train operators and maintenance staff on updated PLC logic and system functionality. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering. 25 years of hands-on experience in PLC maintenance and programming ( Siemens,Mistubushi .fanuc Allen Bradley, etc.). Strong understanding of electrical schematics and automation systems. Knowledge of sensors, drives, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols. Ability to work under pressure and handle breakdowns independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
