Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Plant HR Executive located on-site in Begusarai. The Plant HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and employee relations. Daily tasks include implementing HR policies, managing HR functions, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role focuses on creating a positive work environment and maintaining effective HR strategies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Begusarai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
