As a part of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as job advertisement publication on social media, job search platforms, and job boards. Your role will involve screening through the resumes submitted to the organization to identify suitable candidates based on the vacancies and requirements of the organization. You will be required to update job posts as per any changes in vacancies or openings. Another aspect of your role will be to conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates during hiring drives. Additionally, you will assist HR personnel in analyzing salary information from the industry and competing organizations. Based on the results of the interviews, you will be responsible for sending acceptance or rejection letters to the candidates. Furthermore, you will be involved in updating the database with details of new employees, including personal, educational, and employment information. Coordinating orientation programs for new hires and responding to staff queries related to HR policies and benefits will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a role in coordinating and planning various events. This position is a full-time opportunity suitable for Fresher candidates.
