Key Responsibilities: - Specializing in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or Material Resources Planning (MRP) integrity - Maintaining SAP work order release schedule to provide materials on time to manufacturing and engineering - Reviewing MRP execution, ensuring accuracy of information, and reconciling supply and demand - Participating in floor audits, attending production meetings, and providing status on material shortage commit dates - Managing materials for special engineering projects and working with work centers on shop floor control activities - Analyzing usage data and stock levels to order parts, maintaining inventory levels per plan, and expediting shortages Functional Knowledge: - Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Business Expertise: - Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership: - Provides informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibilities Problem Solving: - Solves problems in straightforward situations using technical experience and judgment Impact: - Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills: - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations Time Type: Full-time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes Join Applied Materials to be part of a team that is transforming possibilities into reality and shaping the future of technology.
