Placement Officer

Eligible Criteria: Any Degree/ Graduation with 1 years of experience in job placement, recruitment

Required Skills: Good Communication and Interpersonal skills,

Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to job placement

Challenges.

Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and aspirants.

2. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of the students to determine their skills and career goals.

3. Provide ongoing support to job seekers and employers including training

4. Highly committed for quality and timely completing of the project.

5. Maintain MIS of placed students.

6. Take follows up of placed students and maintains their offer letters.

7. Need to maintain daily, weekly and monthly report.

8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
