Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential clients and partners across various sectors, particularly for campus hiring initiatives. Evaluate compatibility with the company's strategic goals and onboard new clients accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partner organizations, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and mutual growth opportunities. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by securing fresher hiring mandates through strategic engagement with HR Managers, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition Heads. Meet and exceed business targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure. Fresher Hiring Focus: Source and secure mandates primarily focused on fresher recruitment to expand the companys footprint in the early talent acquisition market. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to ensure alignment of client expectations, delivery capabilities, and strategic priorities. Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform and refine business development strategies. Client Communication & Reporting: Maintain consistent communication with client HR departments, respond to queries promptly, and provide regular updates and detailed reports on client engagement, market insights, and sales performance. Desired Skills & Experience : Strong Connects with HR Heads & Talent Acquisition Team Minimum 3 years of experience in Placements. Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in the hiring or recruitment domain. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. MBA is preferred but not mandatory. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and relationship-building. Proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
