We are currently seeking individuals to join our team who can ensure that database programs comply with V3 standards, performance tune SQLs, application programs, and instances. The role involves designing, developing, validating, and supporting activities to ensure high levels of service satisfaction for our clients in the technology domain. A key aspect of this position is understanding performance engineering and gathering detailed requirements and specifications from clients to translate them into system requirements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in estimating work requirements, providing accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Primary skills required for this role include expertise in Oracle PLSQL with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development, and Support projects related to Oracle PL/SQL based Enterprise Applications. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages, and performance tuning is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to evaluate new technologies, contribute to building efficient programs/systems, and assist clients in their digital transformation journey. Knowledge of design principles, architecture fundamentals, project domain understanding, and the ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements into system requirements are key aspects of this role. The successful candidate should possess the ability to design and code complex programs, write test cases and scenarios based on specifications, and have a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Being aware of the latest technologies and trends, having strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are also vital for this position. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role, and the job location is Hyderabad. The minimum qualification required is B.Tech/MCA/BSc (Comp Sc.)/MSc (Comp Sc)/Any other relevant qualification.
