We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and drive high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Meta Ads strategy, landing page creation, email & SMS marketing, and CRM management to optimize conversions and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: 1. Meta Ads Management Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Manage campaign budgets, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement and optimize Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences. Leverage Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) to improve attribution and tracking accuracy. 2. Landing Page Creation & Optimization Design and optimize high-converting landing pages using platforms like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or WordPress. Implement A/B split testing on landing pages to improve conversion rates. Ensure landing pages are mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized. 3. Email & SMS Marketing Develop automated email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and convert customers. Create engaging email sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot. Segment audiences based on behavior and engagement for targeted marketing. Track and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance. 4. CRM Management & Lead Nurturing Set up and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel) to organize and track leads. Automate lead flows, tagging, and follow-ups to improve efficiency. Analyze customer data to refine marketing strategies and improve retention. Requirements: Proven experience running high-ROI Meta ad campaigns (E-commerce, Lead Generation, or Local Business Ads). Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, and CAPI tracking. Experience with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Unbounce, WordPress). Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, ActiveCampaign). Expertise in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) for tracking and automating lead nurturing. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
