Scope of Work: Assigned to a project, he/she is in charge of producing documents and deliverables assigned to him/her by the Civil Project Leader guaranteeing the quality, the assigned budget and time. The Engineer reports to the Civil Project Leader, or a Specialist for the peculiarities of the project and to the Group Leader or Head of Department for man-hours and quality of the deliverables. According to the expertise and experience he/she is appointed to tasks with different technical complexity and requiring different levels of skill; he/she may coordinate other engineers and/or draftsmen. He / She should have adequate knowledge in Quality & HSE Management system and their applicability relevant to Civil and Structural functions. He should possess knowledge of STAAD Pro, MCad software. Key Activities & Responsibilities: To guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions; To conduct technical training as per department needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques; To keep himself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline; To issue design calculations report and specification, to check drawings relevant to steelworks and r.c. structures, on the basis given by the Group Leader, in agreement with the Civil Project Leader. To design steelworks and r.c. structures (civil and industrial bldg., r.c. works etc.), on the basis given by the Civil Project Leader, and in agreement with other disciplines, in compliance with the budget and the schedule, while securing cost optimisation. To coordinate the design work on the basis of the data received from other discipline (Layout & Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Utilities/ Power Process, Design HSE, Mechanical, Design & Utilities/Power Process, Buildings etc).

Qualification: BE / B Tech. (civil) Responsibilities: The position calls for working as Civil/Structural Engineer with responsibilities for design of concrete / Structural steel, structure, foundation for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers and Refinery types of projects. Experience: Civil & Structural Design / UG engineers having BE/ B Tech. (civil) with 8 to 15 years' experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers and Refinery types of projects with responsibilities for design of concrete / Structural steel structure, foundation etc. for EPC (industrial) projects. in design of concrete / Structural steel structure, foundation including steel connections for Piperacks, Process Structures, Substation and Control buildings. In addition, candidate shall have experience is designing Static Equipments and Dynamic equipment’s foundations. The candidate shall have knowledge about relevant clauses and their interpretation with reference to Indian, American and Euro codes of design applicable for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers and Refinery types of plants. The candidate is also expected to guide his team and orient them towards the goals of the project. Must be able to use Staad-Pro / SAP200 for analysis of structures and having knowledge of M.S. office (Excel, Word, etc), MathCAD. Exposure to BIM 360 / ACC platform will be an added advantage.
