The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in motion design, animation, or post-production, along with a compelling portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, social, and narrative-driven motion content. A strong grasp of composition, typography, timing, and the ability to transform mundane briefs into captivating content are essential. While a good sense of music and sound design is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Comfort in working within a dynamic and collaborative environment is a definite plus.
