As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of agreements with Brands and Markets. You will focus on cross-channel customer engagement tactics, workflow design, and validation to create omni-channel digital experiences across various platforms such as web, email, webinars, and CLM. Your role will involve developing and orchestrating engagement-oriented campaigns across different channels. Additionally, you will provide recommendations on the Omnichannel workflow within Salesforce and collaborate with the creative and production teams for necessary support across all channels and assets used in campaigns. Coordination with multiple markets to maintain localized omni-channel tactics by analyzing channel operations and engagement scores will be essential. Working closely with platform teams to request features, functions, and data capture to support omnichannel campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UAT and ensure testing meets BRD inputs. Experience working with Cross Functional teams, across production, creative, and platforms will be beneficial for this role. An understanding of data dictionary, data structures, and data mart in relation to CRM will be advantageous. Your ability to work with dynamic data sets to deliver personalization will also be valuable. In terms of skills, you must have proficiency with SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel campaign workflow. A minimum of 5 years of Workflow development experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud is also required. Experience with omnichannel campaign orchestration and UAT is essential, along with exposure to setting up Data Extension and AMPscripts in SalesForce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of HTML and CSS skills is desirable, and a basic understanding of JavaScript would be beneficial. Additionally, proficiency with marketing automation tools and processes such as SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Responsys, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools will be a good-to-have skill. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and email generation according to application requirements will also be advantageous for this role.,
