You are invited to join our dynamic music education team at Salim Merchants School of Musical Composition as a Western Music (Instruments) Trainer specializing in Keyboard. As a part of Gyansthan, a leading platform for upskilling in India, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and skill levels, guiding them through mastering musical techniques and enhancing their overall musical experience. Your primary responsibilities will include providing group instructions and training for a variety of Western musical instruments, with a focus on keyboard. You will be required to customize lessons based on students" skill levels, interests, and learning pace, and design a comprehensive music curriculum covering theory, performance, and technique. Additionally, you will prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring they are performance-ready and confident. To excel in this role, you should possess formal or informal education in the music industry, along with experience as a music educator or trainer. A strong understanding of Western music theory is essential, as well as the ability to handle group instruction for school students. Your excellent communication and storytelling abilities will help you create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment that encourages creativity and discipline.
