Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and refine advanced Physics problems, solutions, and explanations to support AI model training.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in Physics-related data and instructional content.
Evaluate and enhance AI-generated Physics content to align with real-world scientific principles.
Debug and correct conceptual or computational errors in AI-driven Physics reasoning and outputs.
Collaborate with AI and academic teams to improve AI's understanding of key topics, including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, and Quantum Physics.
Create clear, step-by-step explanations for complex Physics problems to improve student comprehension.
Stay current with JEE Advanced trends, syllabus updates, and exam strategies to ensure content remains relevant.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience tutoring students in Physics.
Prior experience in the EdTech sector with a strong grasp of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
In-depth understanding of JEE Advanced Physics topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics.
Demonstrated success in helping students improve their JEE Advanced scores.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and structured manner.
