Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation. Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations to train AI systems. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in chemistry-related data. Evaluate and improve AI-generated chemistry content, ensuring alignment with real-world principles. Debug and correct errors in AI-driven chemistry reasoning and outputs. Collaborate with AI teams to enhance the AI's understanding of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques. Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry concepts and problems. Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced syllabus changes, trends, and exam strategies to ensure content relevance. Required Qualifications: PhD in Chemistry. Minimum of 1 year experience tutoring students. Prior experience in the EdTech sector with strong knowledge of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies. Deep understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics: Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry. Proven track record of helping students significantly improve their JEE Advanced scores. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. Ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and tailor lessons to individual student needs.
